Your new role As the Senior Underwriter you will manage a commercial portfolio, which will include Property, Motor & Liability. Key elements of this role will include: Contributing to the overall strategy, planning an execution of policies, product plan and outcomes of complex portfolio balance Coach team members to achieve or exceed service standards and operational targets in the region. Underwrite complex risk business in accordance with the business plan, guidelines within individual earned or delegated underwriting authority. Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. About you You are an experienced Underwriter with experience as an: Effective business partner, confident in engaging with senior members of Insurance Brokers & doing customer presentations. Commercial underwriting experience ideally in Property Complex analytical and research skills with ability to use risk profiling, pricing tools & loss models.
