This program includes various subprojects, such as Pamu Data Whare, which delivers Pamu's new data warehouse, data products and reports for the organisation. Key responsibilities include:·Leading discussions across data initiatives, collaborating on options analysis, and developing business cases. ·Deep understanding of our business data to deliver relevant data definitions.·Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure understanding.·Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our business.·Elaborating data reporting requirements, data dictionary, and overall data governance.·Fostering strong working relationships with stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor on technology-related matters.This role will be crucial in helping business and farm managers make informed decisions based on historical, live data and future/forecasting data. This will also support the future use of AI to analyse and generate compelling reports for the organisation.Please note: This is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity.About YouThe key to your success in this role will be your ability to collaborate and advocate for technology across our farms and the wider organisation. You will be a strong communicator who can engage, and present technical information to ensure understanding and effective technology-related solutions within the agricultural context.You will also have:·Relevant experience in data-related projects or overall expertise in data analysis, with strong technical understanding and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.·Agriculture knowledge or be willing to quickly upskill your knowledge in that domain. ·Expertise in business analysis techniques.·5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.·Experience working in hybrid environments, , Agile and Waterfall.·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.·The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently.About UsPamu is the brand name for Landcorp Farming Limited.
