Te Whiwhinga Mahi| The Opportunity We're looking for an exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to take Chorus on a journey of transformation and to provide the most exceptional level of TA advice, expertise and customer centred experiences. As the Senior TABP you will be the trusted advisor to selected Business areas on all things recruitment. This includes elements such as, People Leader coaching, proactive search, internal mobility, agency relationship management , ad writing, phone screening, shortlisting, strategic sourcing the options are endless. DE&I in Recruitment Accelerator Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a key strategic goal for Chorus as an organisation and we want to live and breathe the fundamental parts of this in our TA team. As a key member of the P&C team, support the broader people strategy and operational plans, by always looking at things with an eye for opportunity or improvement in how we can do things differently and better . TA tech stack, agency management are some key projects to name a few. . . Having a real passion for what you do is a great start. But it'll take more than that to succeed in this role.With extensive inhouse +/- agency experience you are an expert in all things related to Talent Acquisition and ideally have experience and confidence in recruiting a corporat e portfolio but even more importantly is your true ability to partner with the business, challenge the status quo and lead out on key TA and P&C initiatives. You know the importance of TA, you're a master when it comes to strategic sourcing and proactive search on LI and have exceptional people skills . Y ou tend to think creatively when it comes to finding talent and know how to share our value proposition to ensure we attract and select the best people for Chorus.
