Provide technical advice related to subdivision consents (s223 survey plan approvals and s224(c) RMA completion documents) Experience of RMA and LGA processes and LINZ Landonline desired Hybrid role with flexible working options He angitutanga: The opportunity We are seeking senior subdivision specialists to join our dynamic and enthusiastic specialist team within the Resource Consents department at Auckland Council, the largest local government organisation in New Zealand. Our teams boast a high-level of technical expertise, while embracing innovation, a strong customer focus and providing opportunities for personal development and professional career growth.
You will provide technical advice and certifications related to subdivision consents and activities across Tamaki Makaurau with a primary focus on s223 survey plan approvals and s224(c) RMA completion documents.
As a senior team member, you will have a clear understanding of risk, be able to provide consistent and proportional decision making, and a strong emphasis on problem-solving, customer management and communication, coaching others, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
