He korero mou: About you You've got solid experience in strategy or complex cross-organisational roles which has allowed you to build a high level of political and business acumen. You demonstrate a good understanding of cultural and economic drivers in Auckland, sector trends and concerns. Your eye for detail and excellent report writing skills make you a stand-out. An understanding of council or public sector processes and procedures, planning and reporting requirements would be an advantage. We will be looking for specific experience within the key role requirements: Able to work strategically across the organisationStrong interpersonal and relationship skillsStrong written and verbal communications skillsComfortable working with data, metrics and performance measuresHighly organised – plans and prioritises well and manages time to focus on the most important activitiesAble to work autonomously and take initiative as required.
