An opportunity has arisen within this top-tier law firm for a senior lawyer nd senior associate with generalist banking and finance experience to become part of their highly regarded banking and finance team. This is a high achieving team and you will work within an innovative and exciting environment and this is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about an interesting and challenging area of law. In this role you will work alongside some of the best in their field and are regularly recognised both in New Zealand and internationally. This role will involve working on a range of more generalist banking and finance law matters with the opportunity to work across structured finance and financial regulation, debt capital markets, project finance, financial markets regulation, and corporate and acquisition finance. clients include major banks, listed companies and government clients. This is a very close-knit and supportive team and the Partners have a reputation to be some of the best to work with in the firm.
Candidates will need to have 4+ years experience in banking and finance and top marks in their law degree. You must be driven and ambitious with top end communication skills, together with strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
