About the role A senior role in the social and content team, offering specialist support and knowledge to all areas of the business as required. Reporting into the content and social director, this is a key leadership support role, assisting outstanding client service and product delivery to all clients, upskilling direct reports on flawless agency process and execution.
This role also has a dotted line into the creative team. Working to coordinate with personnel on creative outputs for social and content campaign execution, alongside social and content director and client services teams as required.
Skills & Experience Tertiary qualified supplemented by 4+ years of proven social media experienceAdvanced social media knowledge and growing understanding of commercial content creation across several channelsSound understanding of consumer insights principlesAbility to consider stakeholders' requirements and their issues in problem analysis/solving and decision-makingAbility to challenge others (internal, client or provider) using appropriate approach and diplomacy to secure desired outcomeConfident and articulate presenter and experience in selling to customers/third party stakeholdersIntermediate use of Microsoft Office suiteIntermediate use of PhotoshopPositive outlook encouraging cross agency collaboration and integrationFuture focused If this sounds like you, please apply directly via the job ad.#J-18808-Ljbffr
