Senior Service Designer

My client needs an experienced Senior Service Designer to join a project team for an initial 6 month fixed term contact. They require someone with a deep understanding of the service management and organisational change requirements to transition from an 'owner operated' service to an aaS construct.

Key Deliverables will include:
Consultation with ICT services to ensure that the operational readiness requirements have been fully documentedDeveloping a comprehensive service design, including the technical support matrix, processes, and key operational interactionsSupporting the development of new processesProvide input and recommendations into the future operating model and proposed organisational designYou will have very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships across varied stakeholders. This is a tight-knit and supportive team who are keen to share their knowledge with you to ensure successful delivery.

This is a Wellington based role and you will be needed in the office for two to three days per week.
