This company works across commercial, education, hotel, apartments, mixed-use, health and aged care spaces.The roleJoining the team as a Senior Revit Technical Lead, you will use your demonstrated technical and project leading skills to work across a variety of commercial projects while leading and mentoring a project team. You will be the go-to person for technical work, leading your team through drafting, detailing and documentation, alongside elements of client liaison, consultant coordination and site observation.The successful candidate will bring:• 7+ years of experience (minimum 3 years in New Zealand)• Must be extremely proficient on Revit• Recent large scale commercial project experience• Exceptional technical ability and eye for detail• Proven experience in running projects and leading a team• Ability to mentor junior team membersWhat you'll receive in returnThis is a great opportunity to work for a well-established architecture studio in Auckland as a senior team member.
