In this role you will be leading microdata research projects, providing innovative solutions to complex issues, and effectively communicating your insights to various stakeholders. This role involves doing innovative work using the IDI on a range of topics, guiding analysis, mentoring junior colleagues, and driving thought leadership within your areas of expertise. Through analytical work, technical leadership, and proactive engagement, you will contribute to enhancing our knowledge of the New Zealand economy, shaping the Bank's policies and achieving ambitious outcomes.
