We are connected across boundaries to deliver public health services that are nationally planned, regionally delivered and locally tailored.We have a permanent, full-time opportunity available to join our Prevention Directorate as a Senior Relationship Manager, National Bowel Screening Programme. This role will manage and lead the interface and relationship with key stakeholders at a national level, to ensure that the NBSP is being delivered, and any changes which present opportunities or challenges to the programme are well managed.The Senior Relationship Manager is an important role providing strategic guidance and advice on a wide range of service delivery, funding and accountability activities, prioritising and evaluating work generated by districts teams to support the National Bowel Screening Programme (NBSP).You have experience in relationship management and service implementation/change preferably within a health sector organisation. You have significant experience engaging and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels of the health sector. You have proven experience implementing quality standards to be able to monitor and measure performance.Tertiary qualification in a health or relevant field and/or equivalent experienceDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of managing Districts /PHOs, Primary care and other health sector providersUnderstanding of how public sector processes work, including funding, procurement, and reportingWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsExcellent relationship management and interpersonal skillsExperience working in a strategic and agile mannerUnderstanding of and experience in working with Maori and Pacific communitiesSignificant experience managing and influencing key stakeholders' expectations across all levels of an organisationA commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
