Being the Senior Front End Developer, you will be skilled in React and design technical solutions in collaboration with other developers, work on new product features, enhancement to existing features, and also be an effective mentor and guide for other developers. You will also provide technical input to CRS service design and to their technical road map.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on coding in React and Ruby
Technical Development – Build CRS products and services through hands-on coding
Participate in regular sprint cycle including prioritisation, estimation, refining, planning, and review
Complete deep dives into new technology areas and features
Deliver features, bugs, and enhancements
Technical Solution Design - Discuss and agree on technical solution designs with other Developers and Technical Lead.
Recommend ongoing improvements to CRS's application tech stack and developer tooling
Participate in DevOps as needed
Present progress at sprint demos and provide constructive feedback in sprint reviews/retros
Mentoring and guidance for other developers
Technical Collaboration and API Support for Partners
Skills Required:
A minimum of 5 years hands-on technical development experience in a commercial environment
Degree level qualification in software engineering or equivalent work experience
Good prioritisation, time, and workload management skills
Experience in financial services and/or the farming industry advantageous
