They are a medium sized, client led Project Management and Construction Consultancy, recognised for their continued successful delivery of complex and high-profile projects with a multitude of NZ's best developers across an array of sectors. Whilst already well established in Auckland, there is a strong appetite to increase their presence and market share and build on their success extensively - that's where you come in! The Role:
This is a Senior opportunity within the business and they are keen for a driven and motivated person to become part of their success story. You will be hands on in delivering a range of interesting and rewarding projects while taking on leadership accountabilities and mentoring junior staff.
You will be responsible for decision-making and guidance on major issues relating to the execution and delivery of projects and company strategy. This will include managing and developing client relationships and contribute to the development of the business. In this role you will focus on providing successful delivery and management of new build, refurbishment and fit-out project services to clients across an exciting portfolio. The ideal candidate will have: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, i.e.:, Construction, Project Management, Civil Engineering 6+ years experience Contribute to the strategic direction of the company, including identifying any business opportunities which make sense Excellent experience in understanding and managing construction contracts Direct, monitor and control all aspects of projects from start through to post-project completion The ability to manage relationships and stakeholder engagement at all levels The ability to analyse complex technical information to provide advice to a wide range of audiences The ability to pull together clear ideas and conclusions from large amounts of technical data Experience leading programmes of work within government led funding & private investment Excellent written and oral communication skills If you are looking for the opportunity to join a dynamic Project Management Consultancy in a senior leadership capacity, please apply now.
