We are the digital transformation partners enabling modern technology solutions that improve the people and whanau experience through equitable access to varying models of care.

Mou | About you As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of our Delivery team in Data and Digital. You will be responsible for providing your senior project management expertise. Supporting the successful implementation of work programmes and associated projects through excellent organisational management techniques, collaboration, leadership and governance. From initiation to closure, you'll ensure successful project delivery and make a significant impact in the health and technology sectors. Beyond delivering projects, you'll also have the opportunity to build project management skills within our organization, coaching team members and stakeholders to reach new heights.
Our team is an integral part of our 24/7 Services organisation, spread across New Zealand communities. Our tech landscape is always bustling, serving numerous users and supporting mission-critical applications, from computing and networking to telecommunications and cloud-based services. Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experience A relevant tertiary qualification. Experience in project management in a complex project or programme environment. Proven experience in providing sound project management advice and support. Proven experience in the development of detailed project documentation including business cases and plans. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders. Strong coaching skills. Proven relationship building skills and well-developed communication skills. Proven ability in managing suppliers and vendors. Experience managing and monitoring budgets. Ability to apply technical strategies, policies, standards and practices effectively. Demonstrated intuition and the ability to balance good process with the need to make clear decisions in demanding situations such as. priority service outages. Demonstrated ability to work under tight timeframes and manage competing priorities while remaining resilient under pressure.
