As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of projects.If you are ready to join an organisation that is dedicated to making a difference and adding value to the projects we work on, whilst developing your career, in a supportive, fun and flexible working environment, then we would love to hear from you.About You.A tertiary qualification in engineering or construction is preferred.8-15 years infrastructure sector project management or engineering experience in three waters, roading, or renewablesHas a proven high-level understanding of construction/development project experience, having worked on projects during the planning and delivery phaseHave a detailed understanding of construction contracts, project delivery framework, property feasibility and key metrics etcAble to negotiate through and successfully resolve (whilst maintaining integrity, professionalism and relationships) high value disputes on projectsAble to run project meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients on projects up to $50MAble to lead APM's and PM's on medium/large sized projectsBeginning to develop client management and relationship building awarenessStrong business development skills, able to turn existing engagements into repeat work.Advanced ability to manage design consultantsThorough knowledge and application of contracts (NZS3910 & NZS3916), Engineer to Contract/Engineer's Representative.Why TSA.Your journey with us promises personal growth, professional excellence, and a welcoming, inclusive workplace.
