Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert assistance and guidance in all aspects of project planning, organisation, resource management, budget management and delivery.Working closely with various internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while consistently achieving the desired goals, objectives, and outcomes.Your confident and engaging manner and excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to quickly build effective working relationships across all levels.Key responsibilities will include:Successfully delivering projects to scope, time and budget.Ensuring monitoring, control and reporting is accurately, timely and meets EQC Toka Tu Ake requirements.Create and foster professional relationships that are trusted, sustainable and effective.Lead by example to create a culture of continuous improvement which the team can take an active part in.Ko wai koe | About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Professional qualification in Project Programme management or other related field preferredAt least 5 years' experience in a Project Management role with active experience of delivering multiple projectsA leadership style that creates constructive, collaborative and empowered working relationships with staffExcellent relationship management and proven stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build confidenceHigh level of problem solving ability within a complex environment and working with different sources of informationStrong ability to influence internal and external stakeholdersWhy EQC Toka Tu Ake is a great place to workWhat is the most important thing in the world; it is people, it is people, it is people.EQC Toka Tu Ake recognises that our people are our greatest asset, and we prioritise staff and customer wellbeing above all else.
