Senior Project Manager

This large government department has it's own property portfolio but also is involved in delivering a number of multi-agency projects as well. They have a 15 strong project delivery team separate from the day to day property and facilities teams. Due to workload and a specific project requirement they now require 2 Senior Project Managers to join the team on 12 month fixed term contracts.
The two roles are to deliver key projects outlined below:
Parental cover for a $5M community centre new build project with many different stakeholders and multi government agency users. This project also has a large security component.
The delivery of a $3.5M relocations and consolidation of their own offices into one site. This is an office fitout project managing multiple internal stakeholders. Concurrently you will also deliver a $2M-$5M fitout project for multiple agencies with a very clear agile based working design mandate. Experience in delivering flexible workplace designs would be advantageous but not critical.

Both roles involve some travel, most likely once a fortnight for a day.

You will be rewarded with a salary package between $140K and $170K.
