Senior Project Manager

Transport Rebuild East Coast (TREC) is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to spearhead major projects within our recovery works initiative.As an alliance comprising Waka Kotahi, KiwiRail, Downer, Fulton Hogan, and Higgins, we're dedicated to planning, organising, and executing essential recovery and rebuild work on the highway and rail networks across Te Tairawhiti (Gisborne) and Te Matau a Maui (Hawke's Bay).Join us and take on a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects from conception to completion. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will be invaluable in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management teams.What we're looking for:Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or New Zealand Certificate in Engineering (NZCE), or significant industry experience with familiarity with NZS3910 and the Construction Contracts Act.Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in major roading/infrastructure works valued at $250 million or more.Proficiency in job pricing, including materials, labor, plant costs, and margin/profit calculations.Strong programming and construction project delivery capabilitiesAbility to develop and implement business and strategic plans tailored to specific projects..Skilled in influencing and facilitating challenging discussions, conflict resolution, and performing well under pressure.If you're ready to contribute your expertise and be part of the TREC team, please submit your CV for consideration.
