To enable smarter farming for a better New Zealand TM About the Role: We are looking for driven, customer focused Project Management professional for this new role based either out of our Head Office in Christchurch or our Napier Works Site.
In this role you will have a high level of autonomy and be responsible for managing large projects such as asset upgrades and improvements through the organisations manufacturing plants and distribution centres. Within the role you will control all aspects of project delivery and you will be responsible for oversight and delivery of the major capital portfolio. You'll manage contractors, consultants and work alongside our employees to drive the successful completion of these projects within budget and on time.
Key Responsibilities: Full end to end project management of a variety of complex industrial projects across the organisation.Contract management including consultants and contractors.Oversee and participate in the continuous improvement approach that we have to our project delivery systems.Apply fit of purpose international best practices project delivery strategies to ensure our projects are set up and delivered for success.About You: We are looking for experienced a Project Management professional either at a PM or Senior PM level with the knack for building strong relationships with key stake holders and being able to take them on a journey with you. You will be driven by success, well organised and will be able to translate strategy into achievable goals. You will not be afraid to challenge the status quo and will continually bring new innovative solutions to the business.
