We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

With a strong track record internationally in large healthcare programmes, they now have a urgent need to appoint someone in a Senior PM or Associate Director level role to guide & lead a major healthcare project. Applications are welcomed from candidates who have a strong track record in major project delivery in NZ with major healthcare experience a bonus.
Minimum 10 years as a Project Manager in a consultancy environment across sectors with healthcare experience favourable

Excellent client liaison skills

Tertiary qualification in construction, project management or engineering

Business and project development experience with excellent client facing and communication skills

Strong knowledge of NZ building regulations, including NZS3910 standards

A background in project programming, design management, risk assessment, contract administration and construction management
