Senior Project Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Provide project and engineering capability to the manufacturing sites including; feasibility studies, business case development, project planning, project implementation, contractor management, and commissioning and training
To deliver capital projects on time, on budget, to specification and in accordance with all relevant standards to meet the business requirements.
Liaise and work with the local Operations team on each site to ensure a practical and effective solution is developed to meet the business requirements and overcome risks that have been identified.
Support continual improvement of our procedures and systems, to maintain best practice including Health and Safety, Food Safety and Environmental and Energy management as they relate to this role
Maintain strict scope control to protect the project capital cost and schedule KPI's
Provide regular reports to Project Director and Site Stakeholders through written reports and site project meetings

10 years in engineering and project management roles within the Dairy, Baking or Food manufacturing industries (essential)
Sound understanding of professional Project Management disciplines (essential)
Dairy project or operation experience (desirable)
Understanding Contract Law and PMI based project management training (desirable)
University Degree in Engineering (e.g. Chemical & Process, Mechanical) or similar
Post graduate qualification in dairy, manufacturing, project management or business (desirable)
