Give others confidence and promote growth Innovative and receptive to new ideas Senior Project Manager (Piling and Landscaping) Location: Tauranga, New Zealand Job Description: We are seeking a experienced Senior Project Manager who specialises in piling and complex landscaping, to join our dynamic team in Tauranga. The successful Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage various piling landscaping projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead and manage landscaping projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and budgets. Coordinate and oversee project activities, including site preparation, material procurement, construction, and landscaping installations. Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures. Mentor and guide junior project management staff, providing leadership and support. About you Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment is desirable.
