Senior Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager based out of our Tauranga branch to lead our team. Must excel in planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Responsibilities: Manages production of projects Attend client meetings Attend/assist Management meetings and operational meetings, including Health & Safety and Integrated Management System. Oversee and assist regarding Contract Management, variations, invoicing. Manages assigned crews and labour on sites Coordinate plant and subcontractor requirements Provide information to QS team Oversee QA requirements Coordinates employee performance feedback Ensure crews are compliant with the Health & Safety At Work Act 2015 (HSWA) Mentor Junior Project Managers within their role Assist in other projects when required Any other duties as outlined by the Managing Director. Any other tasks if and when required to assist the CLL team. Qualifications: Previous Construction Project Management is a must. Proven track record in large-scale projects.
