Tataki Auckland Unlimited (TAU) is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to become an integral part of our Planning & Portfolio team. As we continue to develop and expand our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), this is your chance to make a significant impact in shaping the future of TAU's project management community.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Leading the charge in developing, refining and overseeing an enterprise project management framework that sets the stage for success across all portfoliosHaving an innovative approach to shape the way we tackle projects and propel us towards our strategic goalsTaking the lead in developing a comprehensive portfolio view of our key projectsProviding regular and on demand protfolio reports to our Executive Lead Team and other key stakeholders. As a champion of the enterprise portfolio management system, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and implementing improvements within our systems.Sharing your expertise far and wide, offering expert advice and guidance on project management delivery to project managers and key resources across the organisationEnthusiastic about motivating and empowering our teams to reach new heights to achieve their fullest potential

You're a visionary Senior Project Manager with a thirst for innovation and a passion to drive change, create consistency and efficiencies, and set the stage for success for new project managers and project managers new to TAU. Your significant experience will be used to help to transform project delivery and portfolio management at TAU. 

We will be looking for specific experience within the key role requirements:
Mastery in project, programme and portfolio managementExcellent engagement, communication and relationship-building skillsA keen analytical mind and a knack for problem-solvingExpertise in process improvement tools and methodologies e.g. lean, six sigmaUnparalleled written and oral skills with the ability to tailor your message to resonate with diverse audiences
