We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Team. This role will report into the PMO and you would need to have worked with technology and or transformation related projects.
You will be responsible for driving major cross company transformational initiatives. This will involve active engagement on corporate strategy, the initiation of work, structuring up the projects, management of partner selection, and building high performance delivery teams. You will provide leadership and direction to teams and the business by driving decisions through effective design, planning, and change management.
Success for the Senior Project Manager role is defined by the group making material progress on core transformational activity to deliver customer centred outcomes.
Qualifications

The ability to influence and manage stakeholders expectations.
Ability to coach and inspire team members.

Experience needed
Previous experience as a delivery leader in a large sized organisation.
Strong soft skills (interpersonal, negotiation, diplomacy).
Deep understanding of governance, delivery and the flow of work.
Experience in driving improvement initiatives in complex environments.
Strong understanding of lean principles and the application of those to the delivery lifecycle
UX thinking and techniques to shape solution approaches
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the IT industry – 5 of which are senior leadership roles
Tertiary education in a technology or business-related area
Project or Programme Management Qualifications (Waterfall & Agile) Prince2, PMP, Agile certification

Desirable
Experience in the Retail industry.
Involvement in technology industry groups
