We are looking to recruit on a Senior Project Coordinator for the Corporate Finance Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
About the RoleReporting FB Business Transformation Manager, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and you’ll be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the ERP Access/Segregation of Duty Project. This includes developing the project plan and budget, documenting business processes, running the All-Out Security application, analysing and explaining results, developing solutions with Business Unit’s to issues identified and providing training on the sustainable business process. In addition, you’ll monitor project delivery against agreed milestones and support the PM with project level reporting to BU’s and Corporate Finance.
You may also have responsibility for directly managing some small business units through the project process with accountability for achieving the agreed project objectives, using the assigned financial and human resources in conjunction with BU’s.
About youYou’ll have a minimum of 5 years Project Coordination experience in a complex delivery environment or 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
Understanding and practical application of leading SLDC methodologies such as Agile and SCRUMExperience in systems integrationBroad range of technical expertise across a range of IT products and systemsProblem solving and data analysis skillsSuccessful in planning projects within time and budget constraints, liaising with or managing external contractors/suppliers/vendorsStrong people management, communication and interpersonal skillsAble to achieve results through the leadership, motivation and management of staffExcellent time management skillsProactive in assessing and making improvements to processes with ability to translate customer needs into project outcomesIf this sounds like you, then apply now or to learn more about the opportunity reach out to Kavita Prema on +64212947939.
