Senior Product Manager

Product Management & Development (Information & Communication Technology) 1. Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis: Participate in analyzing the vehicle financing business in Singapore, transforming it into system requirements. Analyze the direction of system development from multiple perspectives such as functionality coverage and efficiency improvement, and convert it into executable plans. Cross departmental Cooperation: Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to advance the iterative upgrades of the system. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry benchmarks. User Feedback and Improvement: Systematically collect and analyze user feedback to guide product enhancement and iteration. Prioritize product features and improvements based on user needs and business priorities. 2. Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Over 3 years of experience in product design. Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, proficient in product management tools and methods. Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them efficiently. Adaptability: Able to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment. Preferred: A background in finance is advantageous, and a technical background in JAVA is preferred.
