Our Payment & Merchant Services tima (team) has an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager, eCommerce to join them and apply core product management and development skills to your portfolio. 
We sat down with our Head of Merchant Product & Solution, and they let us know the following about the turanga (role). 
What projects / mahi (work) will the candidate be working on now and into the next year? Reviewing and understanding our current eCommerce services/ solutions to understand our baseline, market dynamics and competitor offerings.Create monthly performance dashboards.Creating, managing and launching to a goal based product roadmap.What is the tima culture and environment like? We work together to achieve our team goals, assisting other as well as mentoring and coaching each other. We work hard and enjoy a laugh along the way. It's a great tima and we look out for each other.
What is your management style?  I prefer macro instead of micromanagement. We'll set objectives and you will manage your mahi and deliver to the agreed timelines, with regular catchups in progress.
What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity? Making a difference for NZ businesses, by providing market leading solutions to provide simple, seamless payment acceptance for our customers.
Why did the last person leave this turanga? An opportunity arose and they moved overseas to continue their career. 
What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this turanga?  We're looking for someone who is successes driven (Tima and Individual), customer focused and has a curious, listening to understand and grow approach. You'll have the courage to take ownership and provide direction and have an excellent ability to connect and build networks.
