Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and implement a responsive and integrated functional strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Manage and report on delivery against the strategy, workplan, and budget to drive optimal performance. Plan and manage budgets for sound financial management, maximizing value from resources and investments. Develop, implement, and maintain frameworks, capabilities, and systems for operational success, risk management, and compliance. Utilize data and insights to make evidence-based decisions, responding effectively to internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to achieve common goals. Requirements: Provide oversight for strategy development, ensuring the integration of education system strategies, frameworks, and tools. Manage legislative advice and oversee the preparation of various documents, including Ministerial correspondence and Cabinet papers. Effectively manage finances, budgets, and resource utilization. Negotiate, manage, and complete external contracts within Client guidelines. Prioritize team focus and resources in a complex and dynamic policy environment. Develop a teamwork program to ensure policy work is planned and successfully delivered.
