Senior Planner

Urban Design & Planning (Design & Architecture) The Company: Specialised in Land Development and operating nationally, currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and Senior Planner to join and lead their newly established Rotorua office. The Role: You will have the opportunity to work alongside two established offices, in Hamilton & Tauranga, and contribute to regional and local projects.  You will work alongside service leaders and managers to provide plans and project management across varying projects, help grow and mentor a team, and see projects through to completion.  About You: To be successful you will hold a relevant Planning qualification with a strong understanding of the RMA legislation and a passion for urban development and and land development projects within the Planning sector. It is essential you have RMA Planning project experience within New Zealand.
