Reporting directly to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting strategic initiatives that foster a positive work culture and the achievement of RHCNZ's overarching strategic objectives.As a trusted advisor, you will be relied upon to deliver sound advice and support as well as generalist support as required to enable the recruitment, retention and development of RHCNZ's workforce. Working within a tight-knit team, you will establish strong connections with the region you partner with, to enable the development of impactful people and culture strategies and initiatives.Some of your key responsibilities will include: Working closely with the Senior Business Partner and leadership to address HR challenges and support effective delivery of HR initiatives.Serve as a trusted advisor providing guidance for managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation, and proactively address arising issuesSupport the delivery of effective performance management frameworks, conducting assessments, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing targeted interventions to enhance workforce productivityAssisting the P&C team to improve and implement people strategies to foster a positive workplace cultureAbout You:You will be a savvy HR generalist with exceptional relationship management skills. Your proactive and collaborative approach will be valued within this exceptional team.
