About the opportunity We're looking for a Senior People & Culture Advisor to join our team, supporting people leaders across our dynamic global business. Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, this is a fast-paced and varied HR role partnering with corporate portfolios and a strong project focus.
Key responsibilities include:
Generalist HR support to your key client group(s). Work on varied OD and Remuneration projects – both for your client group and across the business. Lead culture, change, talent, and other initiatives for your client group. Standard operational activities including employee relations and generalist HR advisory, remuneration reviews and organisational change processes. Provide HR expertise and coaching to our people leaders There is genuine opportunity to progress your career in this role both in the HR generalist and specialist areas, supported by a highly experienced team of HR practitioners who will develop you.
