We're a forward-thinking and innovative organisation, dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive and fun workplace where our people can grow!About the roleYou'll play a key role in delivering global and local people initiatives aligned with overall business goals by:Providing support & advice across the entire employee lifecycle to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.Building strong and collaborative relationships with leadersManaging end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes with support from team leaders.Creating of HR related documentationProviding timely, accurate and expert advice on all employee-related mattersDeveloping & delivering HR training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledgeDriving performance management processes, promoting a culture of continuous feedback and growthProactively identifying opportunities for process improvement & enhancement of HR practicesPreparing and submitting regular HR reporting, including monitoring and analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvementsChampioning diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a diverse & supportive work environmentStaying updated with HR best practices & employment laws, ensuring compliance across all HR activitiesManaging ad-hoc HR projectsLet's talk about you! We're looking for some who has:Experience in a similar role, with strong understanding on NZ Employment legislation and best practiceProven ER experienceHRIS experience is essential, experience with Employment Hero will be advantageousExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levelsAbility to write and interpret all HR related documentationCapability to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectivesDemonstrated skills in building capability, influencing, coachingGreat problem-solving skills, be a self-starter, comfortable working autonomously within a fast-paced environment, and know how to make good decisionsAmazing organisation skills with good attention to detail, ability to manage, deliver & support multiple prioritiesA commitment to demonstrating our valuesIn this role you'll have the opportunity to shape the People function with NZ.
