Key Responsibilities:Lead the operational management of events and venues, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding customer satisfactionDevelop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and maintain high standards of service deliveryOversee and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellencePreferred Requirements: Proven experience in operations management within the hospitality or events industry at a senior level.Demonstrated ability to drive performance and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationshipsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detailA passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to excellencePreferred Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Hospitality Management, or related fieldRelevant certifications in operations management or event planningLeadership and management training or accreditation
