Senior Mechanic & Wof Inspector

Marks Automotive in Prebbleton, We are a family run business, that started here in 2004. We have a great team, and need one more!!
Our workshop is very busy, repairing a wide range of vehicles from very old to latest Japanese, European, Electric cars etc. The odd farm stuff comes in, tractors, quadbikes, ride on etc, Trailers, & Caravans,
We have a Qualified Auto Electrician (who is also learning and enjoying mechanical), Mark also enjoys getting into Auto Electrical, 3 qualified Mechanical Technicians, 2 Apprentices and a Service Technician.

We have several different scan tools, including Autologic, Launch, Hannatech, and more, we have Walnut Blaster, Battery Support Machine. Our work consists of : Wof, Service, all Vehicle Mechanical Repairs, Engine & Trans replacement, Suspension etc, Air Conditioning Servicing, Walnut Blasting, Batteries, Tyres and Auto Electrical. (Mark enjoys having the equipment required & we are proactive in keeping up with technology)
We are a very busy workshop, and have a great reputation for our service and repairs. Prebbleton is a Fantastic wee community and our customers are really friendly and nice people, (we are very lucky, & we often get yummie cakes and biscuits etc dropped in)
We are looking for a Senior Mechanic and Wof Inspector, Ideally full time would be great, however Part Time of 30 hours can also work for us..
Someone who is passionate about fixing vehicles, diagnosing / scanning etc and actually enjoys and takes pride in their work .
No spanner throwers allowed here. A personality that is focused, enthusiastic, has inituitive and keen to work, easy going nature, sense of humour and keen to learn more and share knowledge, helping & training the younger guys from time to time is required and nice for them to have many senior mechanics to call on.
An excellent command of English is required for this job.
