Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive on a 6 month fixed-term basis, to make a positive difference in the lives of New Zealanders. This role is about more than just marketing; it's about building great foundations for New Zealand. The successful candidate will assist in implementing and delivering marketing plans. You'll have the opportunity to support the development and delivery of digital and marketing strategies that build an engaged audience and make an impact.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be assisting in the implementation and delivery of comprehensive marketing plans. You will also be involved in planning, developing, and delivering industry promotion and product campaigns. Your expertise will be crucial in developing digital marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. You will own, manage, and curate digital content across various platforms, ensuring that each campaign reaches its intended audience effectively. Additionally, you will create engaging newsletters for both industry professionals and trainees.
Assist in the development and delivery of the marketing planPlan, develop, and deliver industry promotion and product campaignsDevelop digital marketing strategies in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications ManagerOwn and manage digital content across relevant platforms including advertising and campaign deliveryCreate and deliver industry and trainee newslettersSupport in the development and delivery of targeted EDMsDevelop and maintain product/service sales and promotional toolsDeliver product launch campaigns and requirementsAssist survey development and other market research requirementsWork with admin support to coordinate internal and external industry event requirements What you bring:
The ideal Senior Marketing Executive candidate brings a wealth of knowledge from their tertiary education in marketing or a similar field. With at least five years of experience in Marketing and Communications, you have developed a solid understanding of marketing principles and measurements. Your excellent written communication skills will be put to good use across various platforms, and your proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite will aid in your daily tasks. Your ability to analyse data and creatively solve problems will be invaluable in this role. As a highly organised individual with good administration skills, you are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your friendly, helpful working style makes you a great team player.
