Rightnow we are after a Senior Marketing Executive, Digital Channels to become apart of our institutions supporting our vision and values based at Poriruacampus.
Aboutthe role| Te Kaupapa
Yourinterest in marketing will have a strong digital bent; with extensiveexperience with websitedevelopment, content management systems (CMS), and the integration ofinbound-marketing and social mediachannels.
You’ll understand the power of social media, but enjoyhands-off management of paid-advertising activities, over day-to-day postingand scheduling of content.
Yourexperience managing multiple deliverables will ensure you’re able to deliverquality results under-pressure. You’ll be flexible in your approach andadaptive in your tactics to reach our target audiences working in tandem with theobjectives of the Senior Marketing Executive (Brand).
Yourprofessionalism and business communication skills will be on-point; as you’lldrive digital engagement with our internal stakeholders and manage our vendorand agency relationships.
You’llbe an effective decision-maker looking for the next step in your career; takingon more responsibility and managing a direct-report who will support theday-to-day platform requirements.
The person we’re looking for will have a relevant tertiary qualification,ideally 5+ years industry experience, and an interest in cementing theirdigital-marketing skills in the rewarding tertiary sector, ideally includingthe following key competencies:
strong customer service focus and well-developed relationship managementcapabilities able to connect with people, create context and listen for theright details
excellent project management skills and comfortable making decisionswithin the context of W&W’s operating environment
adaptability and flexibility in a changing and fast-moving environment
ability to approach situations or problems in a systematic and logicalway, seeking and analysing available information, allowing you to exercisesound judgment in a timely and effective manner
effective at supporting and contributing to the success of teams bybuilding strong working relationships across teams, and helping otherindividuals and groups meet their goals.
