Te Herenga Waka-Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Senior Marketing and Communications Adviser, Future Students on a permanent, full-time contract. The role acts as a key partner to the domestic Future Student team in both strategic and tactical marketing and communications activity linked to the student recruitment cycle. Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support commercial and engagement organisational objectives. Managing marketing-communications to future student audience(s). Building and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure a strong student recruitment lens is brought to university partnerships and sponsorships. Manage and contribute to specific projects within the Marketing Group as required including University partnership opportunities that present student recruitment opportunities. You will: Be a motivated, customer-focused individual who can take the initiative, provide excellent marketing and communications advice and support to colleagues and teams. Key Requirements: Experience in developing and implementing fully integrated marketing plans that support commercial and engagement organisational objectives. Experience in setting up and managing marketing automation campaigns. Experience and understanding of paid advertising and social media environments. Experience in producing high-quality content, both written and visual. Experience in reporting ROI and campaign analysis. Demonstrated experience of developing and maintaining effective relationships. Demonstrated ability to coordinate or participate in project work within set deadlines.
