This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a culturally diverse and global team as we evolve and expand our brand presence on a global scale.Responsibilities Include:Supporting go to market initiatives to consumers within a B2C modelCoordinate and craft a go to market planCoordinate briefing and project management with third parties and agencies for product launches including website development, market research, PR and Social MediaSearch for innovative ways to launch and make products successfulLead market research activities to identify and validate commercial insights, test customer engagement and make decision based on market data.Ensure customers understand full potential of product offers, supporting and refining content development based on customer insightsCollaborate cross functionally, participating in Innovation Sprints bringing knowledge on how to add value and attract customersThe Successful Candidate Will IdeallyHave proven experience in B2C marketing, creating and delivering go-to-market strategies and initiativesHave knowledge and experience of digital and marketing tools to influence and support the customer buying journeyBe commercially astute with understanding of business processes, corporate finance and managementPosses strong analytical skills coupled with a high energy positive attitudeHave in depth understanding and experience in sourcing information and using facts to understand issues, identify opportunities and make decisionsBe organised and proactive.
