We currently have an excellent opportunity within our Specialised Solutions team, for an experienced and strategic leader to deliver transactional banking solutions to some of our largest clients.
In this role, you will manage a team of Transactional Relationship Managers involved in the development and delivery of ongoing compelling transactional banking solutions, working with a diverse range of Corporate and Institutional customers, across New Zealand.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete? Being a Player / Coach to a high performing Transactional Relationship teamLeading and identifying growth opportunities for our transactional banking clients of a certain size and complexity, with large clients and prospective customers.Delivering world-class transactional banking solutionsProviding transactional banking thought leadership to key internal and external stakeholdersDriving profitable and sustainable growth for our clients, and BNZWhat is the most exciting thing about this opportunity? You will be joining a nationwide sales and service team, that has a wealth of knowledge and experience in delivering mission-critical transactional banking solutions to a great portfolio of clients across New Zealand.
One of the most exciting areas of focus for this role will be designing and delivering market-leading transactional banking solutions to our existing clients, from a player and coach perspective. It is a fast-paced, high-growth industry, and the provision of strong transactional banking solutions and relationships are increasingly driving performance and opening strategic advantage for our clients.
