The Hired Guns are seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing with strong cross-channel digital experience in paid search, social and influencer marketing to fuel growth for one of the world's leading sources of financial news, analysis, and trading.

A leading global financial news platform (they witnessed ground-breaking traffic last year with over 34 million visitors) needs a strong, savvy Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to generate leads and brand awareness for its platforms focused on foreign exchange, commodities, and equities trading. Success here is measured by quality of leads and growth in unique visitors, meaning this role is laser-focused on accelerating quality growth throughout the marketing funnel. The right person will hit the ground running to implement comprehensive marketing strategies and develop and execute campaigns for awareness and acquisition across paid and organic channels, including social media, search, YouTube, influencers, and PR.
Why You? How you'll know if you're a fit… You have 7+ years' experience at digital publishing sites where you successfully built audiences and generated leads with full-funnel marketing plans. You're a skilled leader and project manager who excels at developing high-performing, diverse marketing teams, is proactive in anticipating and driving priorities, and is highly attentive to detail and attuned to metrics. You are strategic in that you always look ahead and are able to make different pieces of the marketing mix fit together to drive leads. Bottom line: Full-funnel planning-to-execution experience is your strong suit!
