Your new role
This position would suite someone with agency recruitment and leadership experience looking to fast track their career into a Director role. Reporting to the Director for Auckland, an opportunity exists for an ambitious individual to lead a team within the business.
If you are new to management or an experienced Manager and have ambitions to become a Director within the people leadership stream we will help you to get there with clear promotional opportunities and targets. We will consider your current leadership experience and capability and invest in your development to the next level.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful leader in this role, you will be passionate about having a positive impact on people's careers through exceptional training, cultural leadership and leading from the front.
You will have proven agency recruitment experience as well as experience in coaching a team of all levels from Consultants new to recruitment to Senior Consultants excelling on their desks. In exchange, you will be offered development and the opportunity to fast-track your career.
