Hardy-Jones Clark is a well-established and successful Marlborough based Legal Practice with origins dating as far back as the ’s. They have a superb reputation and a highly skilled team of experienced Lawyers and Legal Executives.
With their Litigation Partner looking to retire the firm is keen to engage a motivated and experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to lead the team and take advantage of this unique opportunity.
About the role:
This position demands strong client communication skills and the ability to handle files autonomously and efficiently. The role requires the successful candidate to manage all areas of litigation but with a particular focus on resource management, relationship property and civil litigation.
The successful candidate will have:
Strong previous general Litigation experience
The ability to provide existing clients with confident and sound advice
Excellent advocacy and negotiating skills
Proficiency in all aspects of the litigation process from the drafting of proceedings to representing clients in Court or at Mediation.
