Senior Lawyer | 5+ years PQE | General Practice We are looking for a senior lawyer to join our general practice in the Bay of Plenty. About the Role: We are looking for a lawyer with 5+ years' PQE to join our practice in the Bay of Plenty, with the role to be based primarily in our Papamoa branch. You will work alongside a well-respected Partner with a view to becoming an integral part of their practice. We are offering a genuine medium term Partnership prospect for someone who is prepared to work hard and invest in their career. A strong background in property transactions (residential and commercial); Leases; Building contracts; Business sales and purchases, including franchise agreements; Occupation Right Agreements; Wills, and Powers of Attorney; Relationship property, including negotiating, drafting, and advising on Contracting Out Agreements and Separation Agreements; Knowledge of Trusts and how they operate, ability to review and understand structure of Trust and assets, including whether to wind up or retain; Attributes important to the success of this role include : A genuine desire to provide sound advice and service; Advanced communication skills enabling the creation of solid and enduring client relationships; A team player with a willingness to contribute to this small and dynamic team's success; The ability to supervise and oversee work done by a strong support team; Reliable and trustworthy – integrity is very important to us; A professional approach whilst maintaining a friendly and affable demeanour.
