The role:
We are seeking a personable Senior IT engineer to be the face of the IT Support team with a key focus on ensuring our IT systems in the Auckland region operate as expected. This role will also be responsible for making sure our global infrastructure is available and performing adequately across LMI offices globally. Beyond that, you will help procure and keep all equipment is up to date and liaise with IT vendors.
This role is crucial in guiding our Support Team to ensure they're a highly engaged and well-functioned team.
What we expect from a successful applicant:
3-4 years of experience working with IT systemsHigh attention to detailEnsure process excellence via process improvement initiativesExperience with infrastructure project delivery across varying levels of technical platformsAbility to demonstrate pro-activeness and be solution-orientatedDemonstrated working knowledge of contemporary information systems technologies, including telecommunications and networking platforms, and expert understanding of Microsoft systems.Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.Experience with Azure, Office 365, Intune (baseline policies and update rings)Great to have:
