Senior/IT Analyst (Process Improvement and Internal Projects) Senior/IT Analyst (Process Improvement and Internal Projects) Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst Specialist with a focus on Application development and Improvement to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for coding and improvement. The successful candidate will join the Team that is responsible for establishing and governing the software development and application support processes, ensuring compliance with the established policies and guidelines. The team also looks into areas of improvement in the IT Delivery Team and other departments. The level of the staff will be offered base on his/her experience level and their ability to fit the job scope described. Job Scope (Process Improvement and Internal Projects) The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on the following functions: Primary Function: Responsible for Application Development, including but not limited to the following: To support the development, support, and maintenance of the internally developed back- office application solutions and governance enforcement systems and tools. e.g., billing system, customer registration system, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT and non IT Dept) to Identify IT improvement opportunities and support requests from other teams or departments that have identified process or productivity improvement opportunities. Oversee and administer the Azure DevOps platform, including managing pipelines, repositories, and release processes. Creating and maintaining projects that use different technologies such as automation, BI reports, and programming language such as .NET, .NET Core, React, Blazor, etc Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development, including coding conventions, version control, and documentation. Monitor and optimize database performance, utilizing MS SQL Server, to support application requirements. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies. Develop and enforce coding practices. Secondary Function: The Team is also handling the following functions, and the successful candidate may be assigned to assist with these functions: Support Audits This includes external compliance audits for areas responsible by the IT Dept., i.e., ISO 22301, Finance Audit, ISO 27001, etc. Application Security To work with the application security IT analyst to enforce Security practices. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Tertiary education, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with working experience or knowledge in the following areas: Proven experience in managing internal projects and processes, preferably within a technology-driven environment. Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals. Excellent software development skills with excellent knowledge in the following a. programming language: C#.NET .Net Core Angular / React b. Proficient in MS SQL Server 2016 or above c. Object-oriented design concept d. SDLC and agile processes 4. It is an added advantage if you have experience or knowledge with b.BI tools like Qliksense and Splunk c. DevOps platform d. Container Development e. Cybersecurity OTHER REQUIREMENTS Should have the following soft skill attributes: organized and able to handle multiple projects concurrently. Collaboration with users, product owners, and development teams to deliver solutions. Self-motivated to pick up skills required to support the project requirements. Must have good command of English, written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proactive, out-of-the box thinker, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Self-starter, both a team player and able to work independently and adjust to changing priorities; critical and strategic thinker; negotiator; and consensus builder.
