We are specifically looking for someone with accountancy/financial skills to support the team, as they are invaluable when looking to understand the true beneficial ownership behind investments that may have been made in breach of the Act (such as when overseas persons have used local associates to conceal their investment).As this is a Senior Investigator role, you will be expected to have at least 5 years of investigative experience, and a proven track record of successful investigations leading to enforcement outcomes.
