We're looking for a Senior Advisor Insights – with a background in customer research to join our newly formed insights team. The insights you develop will inform strategy and policy development as well as the design and implementation of products and services in turn creating great outcomes for New Zealanders.
What will you be doing?
Leading and/or collaborating on projects from framing to activation.
Presenting and communicating insight in engaging ways that will bring a deep understanding of customers into our decision making.
Developing the insight team practices, tools and culture.
What can you bring?
We are looking for the following skills in our team:
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to frame problems.
Experience in using a variety of both quantitative and qualitative customer research methods to create robust and meaningful customer insight.
The ability to analyse and synthesise research and to identify implications of the findings.
Experience comfortably presenting insight to stakeholders at various levels.
A high level of comfort with ambiguity and iterative approaches.
Government or education sector experience would be an advantage.
