Hamilton Based - NZ Experience Required 

What you'll be doing:  Heavy Enterprise Platform Experience Delivering excellent services to contracted SLA targets, meeting and exceeding expectations and always meeting deadlines. System maintenance, patching and upgrades on the customer's servers and applications. Manage hosted Enterprise Platforms Accurately and timely updating of service tickets and recording time Excellent spoken English as there will be a fair amount of time spent on the phone. Technical Skills: Enterprise Infrastructure and Platform Management Windows Server Management, VM Ware, SAN, Veeam and Network Management Office 365, IAM , Mail/Exchange, VOIP and MDM (Intune) MSP experience You must be in New Zealand with the legal right to work.
