With up and coming internal talent, you will be a key player in moulding our future Leaders through building their confidence and skills to deliver on engagement, culture and the wider business strategy focusing on our people.You will bring with you a strong background in ER and a confidence to work alongside our Leaders when needing to have courageous conversations or work through complex issues. This role plays a critical part in our exciting people strategy so we are looking for someone who has a real passion for people and who can deliver results.Our work sites are highly unionised environments, so we are looking for someone who brings a level of experience working alongside Union Organisers and Delegates and who is comfortable working autonomously.About YouYou will enjoy a challenge and have a passion for learning and development for both the business and yourself!
